The base rate for event sessions start at $400 for the first two hours. Being based in the Central Valley in California, any event that requires travel in excess of two hours will have travel expenses added to the given quote.

If an event exceeds the two hour base rate, any additional hour/s will be charged $80.

If an event you are inquiring about will last multiple days and will inevitably exceed the base rate, a flat rate/quote for the length of the event will be given depending on the length & type of event, as well as location. Travel expenses will be added to overall cost depending on location.

The final average wait time for event sessions depends entirely on the length of the event. If an event lasts a single day, wait time ranges from 1-2 weeks. An event that lasts 2-3 days, for example, wait times for final photos will last 3-4 weeks. No extra charge for editing, an approximate wait time will be given with the quote.
